We’re sorry to hear that your product was unsatisfactory! Please ensure that all return requests or delivery issues are addressed within 30 days from shipment. In the event you want to return or exchange an item, please go to the Contact Us page, and we will send you the complete step-by-step instructions within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.
You may return or exchange certain regular, non-sale priced items for a full or partial refund, depending on the type of item. Sale priced items or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You may also request a replacement of defective or damaged items. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Return and exchange requests must be received within thirty (30) days of your delivery date with valid proof of purchase. All transactions are subject to the terms on the RA and are potentially subject to a restocking fee, as well as the cost of return shipping if the return is not due to damaged or mis-shipped merchandise.
All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source, or a store credit, and may take up to ten (10) days to process once the item is received, in addition to credit card processing time. If the original payment source is unavailable we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift card and transmit it to the email address provided with the order.
We may give you a partial or no refund on the following items:
Any item not in its original condition, worn or used, smells of perfume or deodorant, stained or dirty, missing tags, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
